Project “DigiProf-B”
The “DigiProf-B” project is a continuous professional development program designed for teachers in general education. The purpose of this program is to develop the digital skills needed for the effective integration of technology into educational processes, as well as to help teachers adapt to the demands of 21st-century education.
The project aims to train 10,000 teachers, of whom 4,000 will be at Level A (beginner) and 6,000 at Level B (intermediate). At Level B, 220 groups will be formed, each with approximately 20 participants in the program.

-
ToT (Training of Trainers) sessions were organized to prepare 100 trainers who will train the beneficiary teachers;
-
the program was piloted with a group of 100 participants;
-
the training materials were translated into Russian to ensure equal access for all beneficiaries;
-
afterwards, the large-scale training was launched, targeting teachers who completed Level A or took the placement test and were assigned to Level B.
This program is implemented at the initiative of the Ministry of Education and Research by the National Center for Digital Innovations in Education “Class of the Future”, within the “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University of Chișinău, through the Development Foundation of Moldova, with the support of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the European Fund for Economic and Social Development (ESTDEV), and the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), in partnership with Tallinn University, Estonia.
