RFQ-2026-081 under STD-015 Procurement of Equipment for Fablab spaces within the Technical University of Moldova, under grant agreement STD-015

The Innovate Moldova Programme supports key digital development efforts in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, including the development of an innovation park and digital public services.

The program supports workforce development, EU market integration, and enhancing competitiveness in key growth sectors: information and communication technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, creative industries, and the light manufacturing industry.

The procurement under the Innovate Moldova Programme will be implemented as an in-kind contribution under the Fablab’s Grant Agreement STD-015. This acquisition is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement and supports the strengthening of Fablab’s technical and training infrastructure. The equipment will enhance practical learning, prototyping capabilities, and service delivery, contributing to sustainable impact and alignment with the Programme’s objectives.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 27, 2026, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFQ. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 27, 2026.

Only the written answers issued by FAM will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from FAM employees, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.

Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on November 09, 2026, by email at procurement@innovate.md.  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
