RFP-2026-079 Logistics, event organization, and communication services for the Creative Europe Desk Moldova

The Innovate Moldova program is funded by Sweden and UK and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova. It aims to strengthen Moldova’s innovation ecosystem, enhance business resilience, and accelerate the country’s transition to a knowledge-based economy.  

The Creative Europe Desk Moldova serves as the national information and promotion hub for the Creative Europe programme—the European Union’s initiative dedicated to the cultural and creative sectors.

The Desk provides information, guidance, and support to potential beneficiaries in the Republic of Moldova regarding funding opportunities, calls for proposals, and the mechanisms for participating in the Creative Europe programme. Furthermore, the Desk contributes to capacity building within the cultural and creative sector through information sessions, networking activities, skills development, and by facilitating connections with organizations and professionals from other participating countries.

To extend access to the information and opportunities offered by Creative Europe beyond Chișinău, the Desk proposes organizing a series of regional seminars between November 2026 and February 2027, specifically tailored for cultural and creative organizations, professionals, and initiatives based in the regions.

The object of the contract consists of the provision of integrated logistics, event organization, and communication services for the implementation of 3 regional seminars and 2 seminars in Chișinău for the Creative Europe Desk Moldova during the period of November–December 2026, as well as communication and promotional services for the Creative Europe Desk Moldova over a four-month period, from November 2026 to February 2027.

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 27, 2026, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP. Interested offerors should confirm their interest by 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 27, 2026.
