RFQ-2026-082 Procurement of Equipment for the endowment of the ZIPHOUSE Design Hub
The Innovate Moldova Programme supports key digital development efforts in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova, including the development of an innovation park and digital public services.
The program supports workforce development, EU market integration, and enhancing competitiveness in key growth sectors: information and communication technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, creative industries, and the light manufacturing industry.
In order to implement the activities under the above-mentioned project, the activity focuses on upgrading six workstations dedicated to AutoCAD courses, establishing one permanent workstation adapted for Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop applications, and providing software subscriptions for students and one teacher. It also includes equipping a photo studio within ZIPHOUSE, which will enable local brands to carry out product shootings and create visual content on-site, supporting both educational activities and professional development.
Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on November 05, 2026, by email to procurement@innovate.md.
Only the written answers issued by FAM will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from FAM employees, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.
Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on November 09, 2026, by email at procurement@innovate.md.
Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
