RFQ-2026-083 Equipment for Green Tech Hub

The Innovate Moldova program is funded by SIDA and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova. It aims to strengthen Moldova’s innovation ecosystem, enhance business resilience, and accelerate the country’s transition to a knowledge-based economy. 

The program supports workforce development, EU market integration, and increased competitiveness in key growth sectors: Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the digital economy, the startup ecosystem, the creative industries, and light manufacturing.

As part of project activities, Innovate Moldova is procuring Equipment for Green Tech Hub. The procurement under the Innovate Moldova Programme will be implemented as an in-kind contribution under the Green Tech Hub Grant Agreement STD-019. This acquisition is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement and supports the strengthening of Green Tech Hub technical and training infrastructure. The equipment will enhance practical learning, prototyping capabilities, and service delivery, contributing to sustainable impact and alignment with the Programme’s objectives.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on November 11, 2026, by email to procurement@innovate.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification—and the responses thereto—that FAM believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding. Offer Deadline and Protocol: Offers must be received no later than 12.00 local Chisinau time on November 19, 2026, by email at procurement@innovate.md.  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFP. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of FAM.
